Psuedo has the look and feel of real suede with all of the versatility of a panel or upholstery fabric. This is the quality product offered with no excuses or apologies. Most other faux suede fabrics are of inferior quality, in both appearance and wear. Also, this faux suede fabric is ASTM E84, Class A rated for flammability---not true of most other faux suede fabrics. Why would you buy anything else?
